Easter Sunday 2010 was a day to remember. A beautiful day on Bartlett Lake with family and friends. A yacht with all the amenities. Gorgeous sunshine and temperature in the mid-80s. Incredibly beautiful wildflowers and lichen-covered rocks. Sparkling blue water. What more could we have asked? Talk about perfect!

We spent about four hours cruising the lake, barbecuing, visiting in the comfortable seating areas, tanning on the upper deck, and some of our group even braved the cold, spring water to enjoy the thrill of the boat’s big slide. Not me this time. Maybe in the summer. It did look like fun.

If you have not yet done so, I urge you to consider renting the Bartlett party boat. It is ideal for family outings, for company and/or large parties, for holiday celebrations, for memorable occasions such as weddings, and other special times that may be in your future.

Our home for the day was a two-story, 45-foot pontoon yacht that can carry up to 30 passengers. There is a very comfortable lower deck and a top deck with patio furniture plus the aforementioned sliding board. Preparing a picnic (or a larger meal) or having a cocktail party is easy with a large propane grill, a refrigerator, and a bar with sink.

The head is convenient and comfortable.

And, one of the most important items on board: a full supply of life jackets! We noted that the life vests came in a variety of sizes.

All in all, I find I cannot find enough positive words to describe this wonderful experience on a beautiful and convenient yacht. We thoroughly enjoyed our Bartlett Lake adventure and urge you to consider the possibilities.
