In Rocky Point: The Next Step Ahead

The last couple of months have led to significant evolution in the future outlook of the integrally planned Sandy Beach Resorts project. With two strong joint-ventures, each bringing distinctively new services and attractions to the area, the SBR Group has taken yet another determined step in its ongoing progressive development.

Expected implications for the current and future owners of the master-planned community are far reaching and for some, still beyond comprehension. Acropolis: Mediterranean Village At Sandy Beach

The initial total investment is approximately $ 1.2 billion USD.
