AHOY, SAILOR! -- Sailor is an eight-month-old Shih Tzu puppy who has spent his entire life tied up outside on a 1-foot leash -- never walked or groomed, never held or played with. He was left outside in harsh winter weather and in scorching summer heat. Incredibly, his horrible start in life (and a resultant neurological motor problem) has not diminished his spirit. Sailor loves everyone -- all people, all animals; he is full of life and is always running (or trying ) to greet you. He is a "poster child" for "Good Company."
