Tournament Results For Mid-May — Mid-June

Jimmy Reese of Witter Springs , Calif. , won the final Stren/FLW Western Division Tournament of the season on the Delta May 19. His total weight for the four days of fishing was a whopping 92-15. Reese took home a check for 25 Grand as well as a Ranger boat, motor, and trailer.

JackAZ Bass has started its night fishing season, and the first one was held at Roosevelt on the night of May 19. It was won by Freberg and Mack with 12.37 pounds. Their check was $700.

Shaun Bailey and Mike Rooke won the Anglers Choice Southern Colorado River Tournament on Havasu on May 19. They weighed 16.73, which was good for $2,570.

Jim Waits and John Turner came out on top at the Anglers Choice Southern Colorado River Tournament at Havasu on the 9 th of June. They brought 17.26 to the scales and received $1,870.

June 2 was the date of the Colorado River division tournament of Anglers Choice, and Jeff Stuart and Tim Nicothodes took home $4,160 for their 13.51-pound winning bag.

The ABA Tournament at Pleasant on May 26 was won by Jeff Guerrette and Ken Howden with 17.48 pounds. Their check was $2,481.

Jennifer and Wes McCracken took first place at the AllStar Bass Couples Tournament at Roosevelt Lake on May 19. Their six bass weighed 17.37 pounds, and they caught their fish on Carolina-rigged lizards and Texas-rigged worms on ledges and humps in both arms of the lake. They took home the first place trophy and $2,250.

George Lorz and Rod Nelson won the final BestBet Aluminum Boat Tournament at Roosevelt on June 2. They fished topwater, jigs, Carolina rigs, and drop-shots on points and humps in the main lake, Windy Hill, and Salt. Their 25.94-pound sack netted them $3,350 as well as the first-place trophies.

Buddy Randal of Payson and Clay Parsons of Marana won the final AllStar Team Tournament of the season at Roosevelt June 9. Their six-fish limit weighed 25.18 pounds, all caught on 10-inch Texas-rigged worms, Carolina-rigged lizards, and deep-diving crankbaits fished on Conner Flats and around Mystery Island. They took home the first place trophies and $4,450.

Kurt Walters and Joe Debrucqe took first place at the WON Bass Tournament on Lake Powell May 20. Their five fish weighed 15.72 pounds and they received $1,325.

At the WON Bass Tournament on Mead May 20, Darian Stumpf and Ben Andreas brought 14.87 to the scales to win. They took home $1,222.

The WON Bass Tournament at Havasu on June 2 was won by Tim Rath and Chuck Taylor with 16.18, a win worth $2,440.

At the Monterey Bass Pro-Am May 19 at Pleasant, pro Jason Willour and Am Pete Gesswein brought in 12.07 pounds, which was good for the win. Jason took home $1,314 and Pete received $546.

Victor and Debra Cunningham won the Monterey Couples Tournament May 19 at Lake Pleasant by weighing 12.08 pounds. They won $800.

David Kiesgen and Eric Kohagen won the first 2007 Monterey Bass Night Tournament on Pleasant June 6 with 21.04 pounds. Their checks totaled $1,687.
