ASU Has Sailing for All

Bill Norman

Shown are Ross Andrews and Jake Geller getting ready to take the Martin 16 -- a craft specially adapted for sailors with disabilities -- out for a sail, with the help of Brian Page. The ASU Sailing Club is active in sailing education and competitive sailing for able-bodied and disabled sailors. The club recently joined the Pacific Coast Collegiate Sailing Conference as an associate member, and, according to President Jake Geller, plan on competing with other colleges in California. Sailing begins again at the end of August when the fall semester starts.
