MARINE MEMORIES -- Kelsee Haws enjoyed a recent trip to California marine sites with her classmates from Eduprize School in Queen Creek, Ariz. The students visited the Los Angeles Marine Museum, the Cabrillo Aquarium, the Long Beach Aquarium, and Sea World.

 

My Amazing Trip To California By Kelsee P. Haws

Recently I had a wonderful experience. I left with Project X for an exciting adventure to California.

We went to the Marine Museum on the water in Los Angeles Harbor. 

Then we went and had breakfast on the beach.
Next we went to Cabrillo Aquarium before our four-hour drive to Long Beach and San Diego.

In Long Beach, we went to the Long Beach Aquarium, and then we had dinner and a campfire on the beach in San Diego.

The next day, we had breakfast and played on the beach. During the playtime, we got to see surfers — both people and yes, dolphins too!

Then we went to Sea World and got to see behind the scenes — what a thrill!

The trip was too short, and we were soon on our way back home. Once we got to El Centro, we had dinner at a mall and arrived back at my school (Eduprize in Queen Creek, Ariz.) at 10:30 p.m.

This was my amazing trip to California, and although it was over a month and a half ago, it seems like yesterday. It is a trip I’ll never forget.
