Force you to register, be fingerprinted and photographed and take a written test on gun safety, gun storage, gun laws and any other subjects the Attorney General "deems appropriate."

Demand that you give the Attorney General a full release to look at your mental health records before you can buy a gun.

Fine you $250,000 and mandate a five-year prison term if you, as a license holder, fail to notify the Attorney General of any change of address!!!
