2011 Coconino County Fair Book Now Available

Coconino County is celebrating the 62nd Annual Coconino County Fair ĖAll Trails Lead to the Fair on Labor Day Weekend, September 2-5 at the Fairgrounds in Fort Tuthill County Park.

The Fair Book contains information on how to enter the Fair in various livestock and non-livestock categories. Add your personal touch to the Coconino County Fair by submitting your entries. Bring out your best art work, recipe, craft, collection, home grown vegetables and flowers. Youth, teens, and adults of all ages are encouraged to participate in the county fair tradition, which includes earning a red, white, or blue ribbon. Special prizes are given for many entry categories.

Details on how to enter the Fair are in the 2011 Coconino County Fair Book. Get your copy at Coconino County Parks & Recreation office in Fort Tuthill County Park, at Coconino County offices, and many local businesses. Please call 928-679-8000 for locations.

If you have not entered an item in the Fair before, consider doing so this year. Itís fun and rewarding. Parks and Recreation staff are happy to help you through the process, just give them a call at 928-679-8000.
