Due To The Interest

CURLING (THE ‘FROZEN WATERSPORT’) --Due to the interest — especially after the Vancouver Olympics — shown by many regarding further curling opportunities, the Coyote Curling Club is offering a three-week mini-league for beginner curlers. The league, which began March 20, will run March 27 and April 3 from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. Teams consist of three or four beginner curlers and one Club curler. Games are four ends in length and standings are kept. The league winner will be invited to play one of our club teams in a regular eight-end game from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. on April 10. The deadline to secure a spot in the league has passed, but there is still a possibility that you might be able to participate and if not, at least to come to the Alltel Ice Den in Scottsdale to observe and learn. Please send Carl Nelson any questions you may have at carlnelson@coyotescurling.com.
Thank you and good curling. See you on the ice!
